Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders while managing multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently.
- Follow food safety standards for handling food and beverages, ensuring compliance with health regulations at all times.




- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly, and creating a lively yet professional atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables or bar patrons without compromising quality or service speed.

Experience

- Previous restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in food service or hospitality environments.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and alcohol laws is desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
