Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Winward to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accuracy in employee payments
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and revenue against forecasts
- Prepare detailed reports on financial activities,



including account reconciliation summaries and cash flow statements

Qualifications

- Proven experience with bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably using popular accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze accounts accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting tools
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
