Springboard Employment Services is currently seeking candidates for 5 Food Service Team Member and Cook / Kitchen Team Member positions on behalf of our employer partner.

Location: Barrie, Ontario (L4M 3C2 and L4N 4E6)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate Start Available

Hourly Wage: $17.95/hour

The Employers, a well-established quick-service restaurant franchise in Barrie, is looking for reliable, responsible, and motivated individuals to join its team at two locations.

The ideal candidates are punctual, willing to learn, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work well with others. Previous restaurant experience is not required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble customer orders, including sandwiches, wraps, and meal combos.
- Pack food orders accurately for takeout, dine-in, and delivery.
- Restock food items, packaging materials, and supplies.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Support team members during busy hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Cook / Kitchen Team Member

- Prepare and bread chicken according to restaurant procedures.
- Place prepared chicken into fryers or pressure cookers following safety guidelines.
- Follow required cooking times and food quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Previous food service or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.
