Position Overview

We are looking for cooks who are confident in a professional kitchen and committed to thoughtful, from-scratch cooking. You will work as part of a collaborative team focused on precision, consistency, and clean execution during service.

Responsibilities include:

Line cooking and food preparation. Maintaining organized mise en place and a clean, effective workstation. Contributing to smooth, team-driven service.

Who You Are

You bring a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional, fast-paced kitchen. You have a genuine respect for seasonal ingredients and scratch cooking. You understand the importance of mise en place and disciplined preparation. You remain composed and focused under pressure. You communicate clearly and contribute positively to team culture. You are reliable,



accountable, and take pride in your work. You are available to work weekends and holidays FoodSafe certification is an asset. Most importantly, you care about doing things properly.
