The Role:
As an Inside Sales & Order Desk Representative, you will be the heartbeat of our daily branch operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, handling everything from technical product inquiries to order fulfillment.

Your Day-to-Day:

- Process and verify incoming orders and quotes received via email, phone, and in-person.
- Actively recommend tailored product solutions and alternative options for out-of-stock items.
- Partner closely with our Shipping & Purchasing Departments to ensure seamless, accurate order coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing backorder ETAs and building long-term client relationships.
- Look up complex parts using digital and physical manuals to solve customer challenges.
- Showcase your technical knowledge by demonstrating product and equipment features to clients.
- Maintain a sharp showroom floor by keeping displays organized, clean,



and fully stocked.
- Check computer inventory levels swiftly and accurately.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise, with the ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 lbs.

What You Bring:

- Knowledge Essential: A solid familiarity with fasteners, power tools, hand tools, compressors, air nailers, and staplers.
- Experience Preferred: Prior experience working at an order desk or in an industrial sales setting is highly valued
- Mindset: Friendly, confident, positive, and motivated, and a genuine team player who truly enjoys the art of sales.
- Skills: A fast learner who thrives on multitasking, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and maintains a highly professional demeanor under pressure.
