Job Title: Construction Labourer & Part Time Driver

Pay Rate: $25 –$30 / hour

About Us: Linden Construction is a growing construction company specializing in precision engineered custom homes and fabrications.

Position Overview: We are seeking a bright and dependable Labourer & Part-Time Driver to support our active job sites. In this dual role, you will help keep our sites exceptionally clean and organized while ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are transported on schedule.

Key Duties:

- Transport materials, supplies, and tools between suppliers and job sites.
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and general site maintenance.
- Load and unload deliveries safely.
- Assist trade partners and site leads with general physical tasks.
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and track basic maintenance needs.





Qualifications:

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Comfortable driving a small flatbed truck.
- Ability to handle physical labor and lift heavy items continuously.
- Solid communication skills and positive attitude.
- Previous construction or driving experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate.
