Engineer Microsoft 365 solutions at Sun Life while working across Teams, automation, endpoint technologies, and security in a hybrid organization. As a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will solve complex engineering challenges and lead initiatives through implementation and operational transition. You will support Microsoft 365 and Teams services, develop PowerShell automation, and govern enterprise browsers and endpoints. This role partners with technology, cybersecurity, architecture, operations, vendors, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives from requirements and design through operational transition
- Support Microsoft 365 and Teams services, integrations, and Level 3 issues
- Develop PowerShell scripts, Graph integrations, workflows, and monitoring
- Govern Edge, Chrome, Intune, Group Policy, and endpoint security controls




- Document designs, testing approaches, risks, decisions, and recommendations

Requirements:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Teams in medium-to-large enterprises
- Experience leading projects through production implementation and transition
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technologies and perform root-cause analysis
- Experience developing scripts or automation using PowerShell, APIs, or workflows
- University degree, college diploma, equivalent experience, or relevant combination Bring Microsoft 365 engineering, PowerShell automation, endpoint governance, and stakeholder communication to Sun Life’s technology initiatives.
