Lead aerospace and defence sales from Solace Power’s Mount Pearl headquarters, using strategic account planning and complex solution-based selling. Frequent travel is required. As Senior Sales Director, you will direct business development across aerospace and defence markets. You will build qualified pipelines, manage capture plans, develop customer relationships, and secure design wins, funded development programs, and contracts. Collaboration with executive leadership, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal supports disciplined opportunity progression. Key Responsibilities:

Lead aerospace and defence sales and business development activities Develop strategic account and chance capture plans Build relationships with primes, OEMs, integrators, and government agencies Maintain CRM data, forecasts, pipeline reviews,



and executive reporting Lead proposals, demonstrations, negotiations, and customer engagements Requirements:

Minimum ten years’ progressive sales and business development experience Substantial aerospace and defence technology sales experience Success closing complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and funded programs Knowledge of procurement, ITB, export controls, and security requirements Canadian citizenship and eligibility for Government of Canada Security Clearance Bring aerospace and defence sales leadership, capture expertise, and customer relationships to Solace Power’s wireless power business.
