BC Ferries is seeking a Regional Manager, Terminal Operations for Little River to lead terminal operations across the Northern Gulf Islands and Northern Sunshine Coast. The role reports to the Superintendent, Terminal Operations and focuses on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will manage Terminal Managers and staff, drive financial stewardship, workforce leadership, and labour relations while delivering on corporate initiatives that support BC Ferries' strategic objectives.
