Mah O’Neill CPAs is a local accounting firm located in Innisfail and Red Deer, we currently have an opening in our Innisfail office. We pride ourselves on our dedication to our clients. Job Duties:

- Prepare year-end working papers, financial statements and tax returns via Caseware, Jazz-it, and Profile

· Compute taxes owed and prepare personal and corporate tax returns and other tax slips ensuring compliance with government standards

- Clients consist of a significant Agricultural base. Experience in this area is an asset. A willingness to learn will also be considered.

· Train, review and mentoring of junior staff

· Prepare payroll, GST, sales taxes, and other government compliance

· Work with accounting software (Quickbooks, Agexpert, Sage 50, etc.) and provide support to clients

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Experience Requirements:





· Previous Agriculture experience is an asset

· Solid understanding of business, accounting, and federal and provincial tax compliance

· Experience working with accounting and tax software such as CaseWare, ProFile, QuickBooks and Sage 50

· Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word and Excel
