Lead regional project procurement strategy and supplier performance remotely with GE Vernova, supporting complex EPC execution and business growth. As Project Procurement Senior Manager, you will lead approximately 30 procurement professionals through multiple Team Leaders. You will guide procurement strategy, governance, commercial risk, and operational excellence across an expanding portfolio of complex EPC projects. The position partners with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Quality, Construction, Logistics, Legal, and Commercial teams. Key Responsibilities:

Develop regional project procurement strategy aligned with growth objectives Lead procurement execution from purchase orders through project closeout Develop leaders through coaching, succession planning, and performance management Strengthen supplier relationships, quality, delivery,



and competitiveness Drive procurement systems, reporting, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related discipline Minimum 15 years progressive procurement, supply chain, project management, or EPC experience Minimum 8 years leading large procurement organizations Experience with large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects Ability to travel 50% of the time Bring executive leadership, commercial knowledge, and project procurement expertise to GE Vernova’s global matrix organization.
