ASAP Ventures Ltd is looking for a Full-Time Installations Lead to join our growing team. This position supports our installation department, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.

Founded in 2010, we’ve grown to a team of over 45 employees; including 19 experienced technicians and a strong support crew behind the scenes. We’re passionate about teamwork, customer care, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and oversee the entire Installations Department, including coordinators and installation technicians.
- Handle escalations and customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved professionally and promptly.
- Support, coach, and guide the install team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality work.
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize installation jobs, ensuring all details, materials, and notes are correct and ready.
- Review job files and documentation to confirm installations are fully prepared and compliant with company standards.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing jobs, pending estimates, outstanding requirements, and completion accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, management, and partner stores to keep workflow seamless.




- Assist with booking, job updates, and phone support when needed to help the department stay on track.
- Identify gaps and streamline processes, contributing ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Report department performance and issues to upper management to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in installations, dispatching, trades coordination, project coordination, or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in appliance installation, construction, or trades coordination is a strong asset.
- Leadership qualities - able to guide, coach, and hold staff accountable while keeping morale high.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills - you thrive in busy environments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate issues before they occur.
- A team-first mindset with the drive to keep the department running smoothly and efficiently.
