WHAT THE DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE

1. Building Customer Relationships: Welcoming guests warmly, listening to their needs,



and guiding them through vehicle selection and test drives with transparency and zero high-pressure tactics.
2. Staying Organized in Our CRM: You will use our customer management system to keep notes, manage appointments, and stay in touch with past buyers. (If you are organized and love a clean inbox, you will thrive here!)
3. Proactive Outreach: Following up via call, text, or quick personalized walk-around videos to keep conversations moving and invite guests into the showroom.
4. Delivering a Five-Star Experience: Celebrating handovers on delivery day and ensuring your clients feel looked after long after they drive off the lot.
