ABOUT GUCK

GUCK is a Canadian men’s personal care brand making clean, high-performing products that men actually want to use.

Our lineup includes shampoo, body wash, deodorant, bar soap, hair styling, shaving and beard care. We focus on naturally derived ingredients, essential oil scents, full ingredient transparency and products that perform.

GUCK is already carried in 100+ retailers across Canada, along with Well.ca, Amazon and other online channels — and we’re looking for experienced independent sales representatives to help us continue expanding.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for established sales reps who already have retailer relationships and are looking to add a growing, non-competing Canadian brand to their portfolio.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are especially interested in reps who already sell into one or more of the following:

- Natural health & wellness retailers
- Independent grocery
- Pharmacies
- Beauty & personal care stores
- Barbershops & barber supply
- Salons
- Gyms & fitness facilities
- Sporting goods retailers
- Gift & lifestyle stores
- Other independent and specialty retail

While this posting is based in Toronto, we are open to experienced representatives across Canada. Territories and channels can be structured around your existing relationships and market coverage.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Introduce GUCK to prospective retail and wholesale accounts
- Leverage your existing buyer relationships to open current accounts
- Prospect for additional opportunities within your territory
- Present GUCK products, samples and wholesale programs
- Follow up with prospects and close opening orders
- Maintain relationships with the accounts you develop
- Support reorders and continued account growth
- Track opportunities and provide market feedback to the GUCK team

COMPENSATION





- 10% commission on eligible wholesale sales from accounts you originate
- Ongoing 10% commission on qualifying reorders while actively representing and servicing those accounts
- No cap on commissions
- Flexible schedule

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experienced independent sales representative, manufacturer’s rep or territory sales professional
- Existing relationships within one or more of our target channels are strongly preferred
- Experience representing personal care, beauty, grooming, wellness, CPG or complementary brands is an asset
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable visiting accounts and presenting products in person
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own territory, relationships and pipeline
- Comfortable with basic sales tools including email, spreadsheets and/or CRM
- Reliable transportation for in-person account visits where required

The ideal person is already calling on retailers in their territory and sees GUCK as a natural addition to the brands they currently represent.
