Guaranteed salary starting at

$90,000+ per year , based on experience. The role will transition to a

100% commission structure

once your sales volume reaches a level that is more financially advantageous for you. Annual bonus based on company performance Earn

Consultative expertise:

Analyze clients' needs and identify the best coverage solutions by comparing offerings from multiple insurers to achieve the ideal balance of coverage and pricing Negotiation skills:

Advocate on behalf of clients and negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive terms and conditions Business development mindset:

Drive growth through prospecting, networking, and closing new business opportunities Attend industry events and meet directly with prospective clients to maximize new business generation Focus exclusively on sales while a dedicated Account Manager handles client service and policy renewals Who You Are

Hold a valid

AMF Commercial Lines Insurance Certificate

(required) Have a minimum of

1 year of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and working in a dual-monitor environment Quick learner with strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about business development Location:
