The bidder must have 10 years of experience related to implementation of complex technology infrastructures The bidder must have 2 years of experience related to the Project Management of the implementation of a current technology solution The bidder must have experience working with Payment or Ticketing Systems The bidder must have experience with developing applications using an Application Programming Interface (API) The bidder must be bilingualism in reading and writing (French and English). The bidder must have Bachelor of Computer Information Systems, Bachelor of Administration/Commerce or equivalent The bidder must have PMP or Prince2 Certification
