Bar Asra is hiring an experienced bar manager to join our small, tight-knit team. Our cocktail program is influenced by flavours from around the world, built around technique and narrative, not just spec sheets. the cocktail and drink program complements the kitchens contemporary Asian fusion menu, offering an elevated but relaxed dining experience.

The details:

• ~3/4 shifts/week, evenings and nights

• Earliest start: 2:30pm (Fri/Sat)

• Small team, high trust, high ownership

Core Responsibilities:

• Prep house-made cocktail components — including syrups, tinctures, infusions, clarification, milk washing, fat washing.

• Execute full cocktail program to spec during bar service.

• Serve guests at the bar area, including some food/drink service to seated guests.

• Open and close the bar, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning.

• Maintain a clean, organized bar throughout and at end of shift.

• stocktake and ordering — tracking stock levels to keep the bar ready for service.
