Lead UAS design, development, evaluation, and sustainment for ADGA while applying aerospace engineering expertise to Counter-UAS support. ADGA seeks an experienced Technical Lead, Aerospace Development to provide subject matter expertise and engineering guidance. You will support Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, related aerospace products, and Counter-UAS activities. The work includes product improvement, maintenance programs, technical documentation, and advice to Joint Staff and units. Key Responsibilities:

Lead UAS and aerospace product design, development, evaluation, and sustainment Plan product improvements for existing and recent systems Produce equipment reviews, studies, modification plans,



and project documentation Develop and monitor maintenance programs and special inspections Provide engineering advice to Joint Staff and units Requirements:

Engineering bachelor's degree in a suitable aerospace or technical field Six years' recent aerospace design and development experience Six years' recent technical airworthiness documentation experience Experience with aircraft, RPAS, space, missile, or rocket systems Secret Level II clearance eligibility and Controlled Goods Certificate Apply aerospace engineering, UAS development, and technical leadership experience to ADGA's Counter-UAS support work.
