DAVIDsTEA is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to own site conversion, demand capture, and lifecycle marketing. You will optimize PDPs and checkout flows, build a structured testing roadmap, and drive signals that improve conversion and LTV. Manage paid media budgets, agency partnerships, and lifecycle programs from emails to retention campaigns. Location is Montreal or remote in Canada with travel as needed.
