As Technical Lead Manager, you will guide the Power Electronics and EMI/EMC sub-department within Pulsed Power Engineering. The position combines project management, functional leadership, and expert power supply design. You will shape technology roadmaps covering high-voltage power supplies, DC-DC converters, and EMI/EMC-compliant PCB design while establishing engineering standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership within Pulsed Power Engineering Manage individuals across the Power Electronics and EMI/EMC sub-department Develop Xcimer power electronics technology roadmaps Define standards, specifications, requirements, and best practices Advance compliant PCB design approaches Requirements:

Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or greater More than ten years of experience Project and functional management experience Expert power supply design knowledge U.S. work authorization meeting stated requirements Apply power supply design, EMI/EMC, PCB layout, and leadership expertise to Xcimer Energy’s fusion power development.
