We are currently looking for reliable, professional, and adaptable individuals to join our team as Floating and Seasonal Concierge Staff.

Position Overview

As a Floating or Seasonal Concierge, you will provide coverage at various condominium properties throughout Calgary. You may be assigned to different locations based on operational needs, including vacation coverage, sick leave, staff shortages, and seasonal scheduling requirements.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working independently, adapting to different building procedures, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist residents, visitors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor building access and follow established security protocols.
- Receive, log, and distribute parcels and deliveries.
- Respond to resident inquiries and provide general building information.
- Maintain accurate daily occurrence reports and shift logs.
- Assist with amenity bookings, visitor parking, and other concierge services.
- Report maintenance concerns, incidents, and unusual activity to management.
- Communicate effectively with property management, residents, and fellow team members.
- Follow building-specific policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.




- Provide reliable coverage at multiple properties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in concierge services, hospitality, customer service, or residential property operations is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn building management software.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned locations.
- Flexibility to accept shifts with varying schedules and locations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Availability

We are seeking individuals who can provide coverage for:

- Weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Statutory holidays
- Vacation and sick leave coverage
- Short-notice and on-call assignments
- Seasonal periods requiring additional staffing

Please note: As this is a floating and seasonal position, hours and assigned locations may vary based on operational requirements. Regular weekly hours are not guaranteed.
