Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing protected quality nursing care to clients.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
- ACLS training required upon hire

- Responsible for accurate observation/documentation of patient related info.
- Knowledge in LEAN management system

- Knowledge in population and public health concepts
- Ability to balance the needs and interests of diverse group
Other Information
- Cardiac and obstetrical experience an asset
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
