Required Qualifications

10+ years

of experience in large-scale

data migration and data integration projects.

Strong hands‑on experience with

Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Services.

Advanced proficiency in

Python and SQL

for data processing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

Experience implementing or supporting

Master Data Management (MDM)

solutions.

Solid understanding of data profiling, cleansing, mapping, quality assurance, reconciliation, and data governance.

Proven experience with

cloud data platforms and legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives.

Experience developing and validating

ETL/ELT pipelines

and migration processes.

Demonstrated ability to lead migration planning, testing, cutover, and post‑migration validation activities.





Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing and deploying Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise environment.

Azure certifications relevant to data engineering, analytics, or cloud services.

Experience with Azure DevOps and enterprise delivery practices.

Experience in regulated industries, particularly financial services or insurance.
