The Manager, Facilities Analysis and Technical Services provides leadership in facilities operations analysis, planning, and continuous improvement. The position examines performance, budgets, contracted services, maintenance, assets, and systems. It supports informed decisions and consistent delivery across CAMH’s facilities portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze facilities metrics, performance, budgets, trends, costs, and service results Develop portfolio-wide standards, reports, processes, and quality assurance practices Improve preventive maintenance, reliability programs, schedules,
