As a Senior Building Consultant, you will lead major commercial property loss assignments, including losses of $2 million and greater. You will assess damaged properties, develop scopes, analyze costs, and provide defensible recommendations. The work includes construction, restoration, and reconstruction challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex building and cost consulting assignments independently Assess commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-family property damage Validate remediation, repair, restoration,



and reconstruction scopes Prepare estimates using Xactimate and recognized methodologies Advise stakeholders on costs, risks, sequencing, and constructability Requirements:

10+ years of relevant industry experience Experience with large commercial property losses Advanced knowledge of construction and restoration costs Robust estimating, quantity surveying, and cost analysis capabilities Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel Apply your commercial loss consulting, Xactimate, and cost expertise while leading complex assignments for EllisDon clients.
