Build Affirm’s bank platform remotely, combining product leadership with deposits, loan originations, and regulated banking operations. Own a foundational consumer financial product. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end bank product within Affirm’s ecosystem. You will launch the deposit offering, drive originations through the bank entity, and shape future consumer products. The work spans banking compliance, platform integration, operations, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Six or more years of product management experience Strategic leadership across complex, ambiguous initiatives Banking, deposits, lending, or regulated financial services experience Solid technical fluency across APIs, data, and integrations Clear communication with executives, regulators, and engineering teams Lead Affirm’s bank product with expertise spanning deposits, lending, compliance, technical integration, and executive stakeholder alignment.
