Lead AI governance and IT service delivery at YVR, guiding responsible digital tool adoption across airport operations and organizational priorities. As Manager, Technology Services, you will report to the Director, Data & AI and lead Business Analysts and Technical Analysts. You will translate governance requirements into practical guardrails, oversee controls, and coordinate change management, user enablement, budgets, and projects. Partnerships span Data & AI, Privacy, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT operations, service delivery, priorities, workloads, and issue resolution Implement AI and digital governance controls, monitoring, and cost management Oversee technology projects from planning through implementation Manage software,



hardware, and telecommunications budgets Coach team members and drive continuous service improvement Requirements:

Computer Science degree or related field At least five years leading and directing teams Experience managing AI tools, governance controls, projects, and budgets Knowledge of IT service management, including ITIL or equivalent Working knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance Apply AI governance, IT service management, and team-oriented leadership to strengthen technology services at YVR.
