Coordinate airside operations at YVR using risk assessment, regulatory knowledge, and stakeholder communication in a full time term opportunity through July 2027.

Reporting to the Manager, Airside Operations Delivery, the Airside Coordinator supports safe, secure, and efficient airfield operations. You will coordinate projects, construction, maintenance, operational changes, and emergency response. The work requires collaboration with airlines, contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders while maintaining airport certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop airside procedures, safety programs, and operational plans
- Coordinate projects, construction, and airside operational activities
- Support airlines, contractors, regulators, and internal stakeholders




- Assess risks and resolve complex operational issues
- Coordinate emergency response resources and operational continuity

Requirements:

- At least one year of recent related airport airside experience
- Technical certificate or diploma in airside or operations fields
- Understanding of TP312 Aerodrome Standards and Recommended Practices
- Professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Microsoft Office, reporting, documentation, and valid BC Class 5 licence
