As a Senior Delivery Manager, you guide multi-phase software engagements while managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality. You facilitate Scrum activities, oversee phased releases, and translate technical uncertainty into actionable plans. The work includes AI-native delivery, model risk, evaluation strategy, observability, and production readiness. You also mentor delivery managers and serve as the primary client contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-phase engagements
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution
- Manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and escalations




- Define delivery KPIs and guide tradeoffs with data
- Communicate progress and business impact to stakeholders

Requirements:

- 5+ years in software delivery or technical project management
- Robust agile delivery experience across complex, multi-team engagements
- Experience managing distributed onshore and offshore teams
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or Azure DevOps
- Track record leading AI/ML or agentic engagements
