Teach nursing staff at Tofield Health Centre as a clinically experienced Registered Nurse with education and leadership expertise. This temporary part-time role supports rural clinical practice.

As an Instructor in Regional Education, you will educate nursing staff and multidisciplinary clinical teams. You will plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate orientation, compulsory, continuing, and clinical development education. Collaboration with management and internal partners supports clinical, educational, and evidence-informed practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide education support to nursing staff
- Educate multidisciplinary clinical team members
- Plan and coordinate nursing education
- Implement and evaluate staff development programs
- Promote protected, quality patient and family-centred care

Requirements:

- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Active or eligible Alberta Registered Nurse registration
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Minimum five years of Registered Nurse experience
- Emergency department and progressive leadership experience
