As Technical Buyer and Rental Specialist, you manage procurement, rentals, inventory planning, and supplier relationships. The work supports technical departments and event production projects worldwide. You coordinate purchasing requests while respecting budgets, deadlines, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage equipment purchasing for workshop and technical department operations
- Lead rentals and negotiate supplier agreements and pricing structures
- Source equipment internationally for event locations and technical needs




- Maintain inventory systems and participate in physical counts
- Track orders and validate invoices and customs documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Three or more years in purchasing, sourcing, or equipment rental
- International supplier negotiation experience across time zones and customs
