AlgaeCal is seeking a Marketing Leader (Campaigns) to turn ideas into revenue, owning D2C campaigns across paid media, email, loyalty, and more. You’ll drive strategy and execution with a full-funnel perspective in a quick-growing ecommerce environment.

In this role, you’ll manage six-figure monthly budgets, shape offers and customer journeys, align stakeholders, and continuously optimize performance to maximize profitability and growth.
