As a Senior Employee Data and AI Automation Analyst, you will support HR data access and use within the Employee Experience and Performance team. Your work combines citizen development, application development, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence. You will help partners define needs, interpret data, and select appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, test, and deploy automated employee-work solutions
- Advance data-sharing and self-service practices as a citizen developer
- Design and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions

Requirements:

- Relevant education and three to five years’ analytics experience
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting
- Human resources experience preferred
- Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, and generative AI proficiency
- Application development and process transformation experience
