Lead overnight pediatric and geriatric care across Toronto and the GTA using clinical oversight, staff coaching, and nursing expertise. Regular travel between clients’ homes is required.

The Care Company seeks an Overnight Field Nurse Supervisor to support community-based clients, families, and field staff. This full time overnight position combines clinical leadership, care planning, quality assurance, compliance, and employee supervision. You will help deliver person-centred care through the Life to the Fullest approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overnight care for pediatric and geriatric clients
- Assess clients, update care plans, and conduct supervisory visits
- Provide clinical guidance, training, coaching, and mentorship
- Complete nursing assessments, interventions,



and client check-ins
- Monitor documentation, quality assurance, compliance, and staff performance

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse registration and certificate in good standing
- At least four years of nursing experience
- At least two years of complex pediatric care
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive overnight
- Experience with complex care interventions, including tracheostomy and ventilators
