Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, you will establish a sustainable engineering capability at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. You will guide standards, build-versus-buy decisions, lifecycle performance, and organizational development across multiple business portfolios. Collaboration spans Product Management, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute engineering strategy and roadmap across enterprise products
- Set standards for secure, accessible, maintainable application development
- Evaluate build, buy, and reuse options




- Lead and coach engineering managers and teams
- Embed automation, CI/CD, testing, and observability

Requirements:

- 10+ years software engineering and delivery experience
- 5+ years leading engineering teams or managers
- Expertise in architecture, APIs, cloud, and integration
- Experience with secure engineering and infrastructure as code
- Computer Science or related degree or diploma
