Build industrial project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for Phoenix Group of Companies in Alberta. Work in person on upcoming projects.

As a Project Controls/Scheduler, you will manage schedules, monitor performance, and support industrial construction projects. The position requires project controls experience, strong analysis, and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders. You will also prepare status reporting and improve scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive schedules using industry-standard software and tools
- Monitor progress and identify deviations from project plans
- Resolve scheduling conflicts with project stakeholders
- Present metrics, risks, and corrective action recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Experience scheduling industrial or construction projects
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
- Complete required safety credentials and pre-access testing
