Lead high-performance team services for Alpine Canada Alpine in Calgary, managing apparel, equipment, supplier relationships, and race suit programs. This 14-month contract supports Canadian ski racing teams.

As Manager, High-Performance Services, you will support Alpine, Para-Alpine, and Ski Cross teams. The work combines inventory management, product development, supplier servicing, athlete support, and marketing activations. You will report to the Senior Vice-President Chief Commercial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage team apparel, equipment, ordering, distribution, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate race suit ordering and supplier innovation projects
- Oversee supplier relationships, agreements, testing, and deliverables
- Manage merchandise sales, storage, shipments, and online campaigns




- Protect ACA trademarks and educate suppliers on acceptable usage

Requirements:

- Five to seven-plus years in relevant high-performance services or operations
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sport administration, or relevant experience
- Strong project management, organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Canadian sport landscape understanding; bilingual English and French preferred
