EBC Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Design Manager dedicated to one high-profile Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional project. You will coordinate architectural and engineering consultants, manage design submissions, and integrate design intent with construction execution. The role requires strong Design-Build or P3 experience, stakeholder management, and risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design management from concept development through construction completion
- Coordinate consultants and serve as the primary design contact
- Manage submissions, approvals, reviews, revisions, and contractual obligations
- Review technical documents for quality, constructability, compliance,



and risk
- Resolve design conflicts and support construction through clarifications and RFIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
