As Senior Director of Fundraising, you report to the National Director and guide comprehensive national fundraising programs. You develop strategies, oversee campaigns, advise senior leadership, and lead a multidisciplinary team. Your work supports financial sustainability through donor programs, analytics, partnerships, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop national strategies achieving annual and multi-year revenue targets
- Lead digital, mail, telephone, gifts, events, and monthly campaigns
- Advise leadership on donor trends and revenue forecasts
- Build donor stewardship, segmentation, recognition, and communications programs
- Lead teams,



budgets, vendors, reporting, and fundraising compliance

Requirements:

- Senior management experience in nonprofit, public, or private organizations
- Experience leading high-performing teams and organizational operations
- Solid financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation expertise
- Understanding of political issues, data systems, analytics, and digital platforms
- University degree required; bilingualism, CFRE, or MBA assets
