Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator Hamilton candidate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Hannon, ON, in the Hamilton area. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of warehouse, production, or operations experience who enjoys hands-on work in a rapid-paced environment.

The Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse operations through equipment operation, order picking, packing, inventory support, RF scanning, and general warehouse duties. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented team player who is looking for stability, supportive leadership, and the potential to grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Cherry Picker, Counterbalance, Raymond Reach,



and Walkie equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory movement and complete order-related tasks.
- Assist with inventory counts, put-away, product sorting, and warehouse organization.
- Assemble cardboard boxes and support packing station requirements.
- Complete basic data entry, cleaning, and other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.73 per hour.
