Position: Senior Business Analyst / Change Management Lead

Duration: 1 Year assignment (contract)
Client Location: Canada (Remote: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

About the Engagement

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Change Management Lead to support a large-scale network security and digital transformation initiative. The successful consultant will provide business analysis and organizational change management expertise to support the implementation of Secure Service Edge (SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), SD-WAN capabilities, VPN modernization, ServiceNow integration, and operational readiness activities.

This role requires a combination of business analysis, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, change management, and operational transition expertise. The consultant will work closely with business, technical, and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, user adoption, and transition into ongoing operations.

Scope

Assist with SD-WAN assessments, connectivity planning, and pilot activities.

Support SSE, SASE, and ZTNA design validation initiatives.

Develop requirements and transition plans for VPN modernization and replacement.

Gather and document ServiceNow integration and service management requirements.

Conduct organizational change impact assessments.

Assignment Deliverables

Communication, training, and adoption strategies.

UAT plans, test scenarios,



and testing summaries.

Operational support models, runbooks, and knowledge transfer documentation.

Public sector and project status reporting artifacts.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Approximately 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience.

Significant experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

Experience with network infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.

Experience supporting SSE, SASE, and Zero Trust initiatives.

Experience with SD-WAN implementations and connectivity transformation projects.

Experience supporting VPN replacement or remote access modernization programs.

Experience gathering requirements for ServiceNow integrations and service-management processes.

Experience with operational readiness and transition-to-support activities.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with enterprise network modernization initiatives.

Experience supporting multi-vendor technology implementations.
