Job Description:

Seeking a Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java to design and develop scalable cloud native applications within the JAVACLOUDNATIVE skill cluster.

Job Description

- Design develop and maintain high-quality and scalable backend services using Java.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including cloud DevOps QA and product owners to deliver integrated cloud native solutions.
- Optimize application performance scalability and security following best practices in Java and cloud native environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Java frameworks and cloud native architectures to continuously improve solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality benchmarks.
- Work within Agile development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery CICD pipeline activities and deployments

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead backend development efforts utilizing Java within the JAVA CLOUD NATIVE skill cluster.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills and code quality.
- Collaborate closely with cloud infrastructure DevOps and QA teams to integrate APIs and cloud services.
- Conduct design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable cloud native applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and nonproduction environments to maintain smooth application performance.
- Manage production incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective fixes
- Coordinate with product management and QA teams to ensure highquality software releases.




- Drive the adoption of best coding standards security practices and development methodologies within the team.
- Assist in sprint planning estimation activities and continuous process improvements.
