Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our client's growing team in Toronto, Ontario and contribute to the delivery of scalable CRM solutions that support both customer and employee experiences. This position centres on building and enhancing applications across the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on reliable development practices, modern interface design, and platform automation. The role also plays an important part in advancing AI-driven capabilities by creating and refining intelligent agent solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and related platform tools.

- Build responsive and user-focused features that improve CRM functionality and support day-to-day business operations within a hospitality environment.

- Create and configure Agentforce capabilities, including agent setup, instructions, topics, prompt templates, and custom actions.

- Develop, test, and optimize AI-powered agent experiences for customer-facing and employee-facing use cases.

- Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and services through APIs and platform-based connection methods.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable Salesforce applications and enhancements.





- Support the use of Einstein AI and Data Cloud features to strengthen automation, personalization, and data-informed decision-making.

- Troubleshoot platform issues, perform code reviews, and promote development standards that improve performance, quality, and long-term maintainability.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform in an ERP or CRM-focused environment.

- Robust technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, and broader Salesforce platform development.

- Proven experience working with Salesforce Agentforce, including Agent Builder, topics, instructions, prompt templates, custom actions, and agent testing.

- Practical knowledge of Einstein AI capabilities and Data Cloud within Salesforce environments.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using Salesforce APIs and related connection frameworks.

- Familiarity with core Salesforce products and tools such as Sales Cloud, AppExchange, and the Lightning Platform.

- Solid understanding of CRM solution design, testing practices, and deployment approaches for scalable enterprise applications.

This is a hybrid role that would require three days in office.

The salary ranges from 90,000 to 95,000/yr + bonus + benefits
