Candidate Profile Details:

- Degree/Level of Education: Post secondary – HR if that is possible
- Certifications Required: No but if they have CHRP that would be a bonus
- Years of Overall Experience: 5-7 years
- How will performance be measured: deliverables
- Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: higher for entry level roles, confident, communication has to be strong, has worked with high volume, has worked with 30-40 requestions at a time. Attention to detail, organized, need to be corporate level polished communication, being proactive, strategic.

Summary Of The Role:

- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities – being comfortable doing 5-6 interviews on video,



full cycle recruitment, lots of business interaction, engaging with managers and being consultative. Attending in person events.
- How much time is being spent in meetings – 2- 3 hours a week
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – Internal and external
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No !!!

Must-Have Hard Skills:

- Strong communications
- Sense of urgency
- Experience with recruiting or recruitment coordinating
- MS Office experience
- Attention to detail and solid organization

Nice-To-Have:

- Workday experience
- Hiring for banking, insurance space

- 2 rounds – Virtual – 45mins – behavioral, with 2 members on the interview
