What You'll Be Doing as the Temporary Payroll Administrator
- Process biweekly payroll using Payworks.
- Verify timesheets, overtime, shift premiums and deductions.
- Support payroll onboarding and system transition.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare Dynamics GP journal entries.
- Manage remittances, benefits and vacation balances.
- Resolve payroll inquiries and provide reports to Finance.





About You as the Temporary Payroll Administrator
- Experience with Payworks or a comparable payroll platform.
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and Manitoba employment standards.
- Familiarity with shift premiums, scheduling and payroll reconciliations.
- Experience with Dynamics GP is an asset.
- Payroll or accounting education, or equivalent experience.
