Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking an experienced HR Manager for a client looking to strengthen its people operations and support key business goals. This role is ideal for a human resources professional with broad HR expertise, strong leadership skills and the ability to guide employee relations, compliance, talent initiatives and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day human resources operations and ensure alignment with company policies and business objectives
- Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns and policy interpretation
- Lead core HR functions, including onboarding, perks administration, performance management and HR compliance
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain and optimize HRIS records, reporting and HR processes
- Support recruiting efforts and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, state and local employment laws and internal policies




- Develop and implement HR programs, procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and employee experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits, onboarding and performance management
- Experience working with HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
