Description

Leadership & Team Development

- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team.
- Create a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Lead by example and model company values in all interactions.

Store Operations
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
- Maintain operational excellence, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Analyze store performance and implement strategies to improve results.

Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and coach the team to exceed targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and enhance customer loyalty.
- Develop local partnerships and community relationships to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Customer Experience





- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service excellence.

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of progressive retail management experience, including leadership of a flagship, high-volume, or multi-million-dollar store.
- Proven success leading large retail teams and achieving sales and operational objectives.
- Strong experience in coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and operational execution.
- Experience building solid customer relationships and community connections.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and retail reporting systems.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
