LoopX is building all-condition intelligence to make mining safer and more productive in the world's harshest underground environments. We are looking for a Head of Operations & Finance to work closely with the CEO in building and scaling LoopX. This person will own core financial planning and internal operations, ensuring the leadership team has explicit visibility into performance and the infrastructure needed to grow efficiently. Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with the CEO Lead preparation of board materials, including monthly and quarterly reporting and performance insights identify trends, risks, and opportunities Build and manage internal systems and processes to provide real-time visibility into business performance Establish reporting dashboards across finance, operations, and go-to-market Take on cross-functional projects as needed (e.g., Step into gaps across finance, ops, and strategy as the business evolves Help build a high-performance, data-driven culture 5-10 years of experience in operations, finance, venture capital, consulting, or Chief of Staff type roles Experience in a hardware or deep tech business (e.g., Willing to do whatever is needed to move the business forward.
