Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Field Applications Scientists. Support sales growth strategy and funnel acceleration via applications collaboration and positioning of value added services. - and post-sales support for customers, including presentations, demonstrations, protocol development,



training and troubleshooting. Establish best practices, standard work, workflows, and performance metrics for the applications team. Ensure team performance accountability and compliance. Manage departmental staffing and resource allocation. Sc. or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related life science discipline. 2+ years in a life science leadership or management role preferred but not required. Experience in applications, technical support, or field-based scientific role preferred. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment
