Due to a senior-level vacancy, the company is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial performance of a division generating approximately £40m in annual turnover. Leading the division's commercial strategy and providing direction to the QS team Maximising profitability through regular commercial and project reviews Producing accurate monthly cost, profitability, billing and risk reports Managing cash collection, invoicing and accrued income Identifying contractual and financial risks, including potential disputes Working closely with operations, procurement, estimating and legal teams Supporting tender adjudications using accurate project delivery cost data Maintaining strong commercial relationships with clients,



subcontractors and suppliers You will be an experienced Commercial Manager, Managing Quantity Surveyor or senior commercial professional with a solid construction contracting background.
